96kbps vs oter stationi have been listnen to you guys for the last 4 days or so! rock on motherfucker
this shit kicks ass
a few questions:
what is the maxmum users on each radio? becuz i can never seem to get on the high qual 128kbps one. what is up with this?
is the lower quality a 'hardcore' station or what?
i think i saw confliction info on the homepge and in forums!
and last but not least, my question abuot tracks bein played
why so much Social D on the 'hardcore' channel? Or if it isn't the hardcore chan anymore why is Social on so much as it is??
I noticed it plays like every hour, and there are only 3-4 tracks of em you guys play.
theyre not a bad group, but come on now..i hope you dont take this as an insult ! thanks for the great service

The max listener on the 128kbps radio is 10 and the max listener on the 96kbps is 15. We were using the 96kbps as back up in case the 128kbps got full. The hard core station was my idea and I thought people would like the choice between two different types of punk as opposed to having the ability to continue listening to the same stream at a lower bit rate. If you guys think the hard core station is a bad idea and want to have the same punk4punks stream at a lower bitrate please post on this topic and say that. Now the reason social d is played so much is that the ratio of social d songs is slightly higher than the other songs and the shuffle is not as good as some shuffles I have seen. We are going to get a lot more music on the hard core station. Including an album from nofx called maximum rock and roll. Which is about as hard core as nofx can get although it is not even close to being as good as their albums after maximum rock and roll.

Thanks for the feedback. We took out some social distortion songs and we will add the new music some time this next week which includes part of the nofx album.
