German Punk BandsPlease list your favorite 10 bands for German Punk. Starting with the first being the best and the last being the worst. If you have free time please list that bands best album next to the band in the list. This will help a lot in deciding what cds to buy.

I added another couple of wizo songs. We are having issues with our server and will not have these songs into rotation till our playlist is refreshed.
Also if you think the songs suck or hate the idea of german punk on punk4punks, post your response under this topic, either as a user or guest.

Hi,
I think the "Schlachtrufe BRD 1-7" are the greatest German Punkrock-Samplers, (including Wizo, Normahl, Kapitulation B.O.N.N., Aufbruch, and so on). Try to get them, and you'll see that you haven't done something wrong!

Can I take my vote back somehow? At first I didn't want it on the station 'cause I tend to not like things I can't/ don't understand, but German punk is so big it must be good, so can I change it to a yes?

To tell you the truth I thought most of the American listeners would hate hearing german punk on punk4punks but now I am not so sure. If you are an American listener please tell us what you think about punk4punks playing german punk. Thanks for the responses.

Update: I spent our music fund on subscriptions, upgrades, and boosters for a service called eMusic. They do not have german punk on eMusic, as far as I have seen. Since German Punk is so expensive it will probably have to be slowly aquired over the next 6 months.

I have never heard of terrorgruppe but I will try them out. I do have a wizo album though and it wasn't that great. If terrorgruppe is any good I might just throw an album up of both of those artists on hard core punk4punks.

My favorite German Bands are "Die Toten Hosen, Wizo, Die Ärzte" So more bands i dont listen or i listen one or two songs from a band.

Thanks. I am tempted to put some wizo and terrorgruppe on the hard core station. The only downside to that is they are not really hard core. Tell me what you guys think of having wizo and terrorgruppe on the hard core station. Should I put them on regular punk4punks?

We already have wizo and volxsturm on hard-core punk4punks. Since terrorgruppe is not that hard-core we don't have that band on hard-core punk4punks. We might put terrorgruppe, wizo, and volxstrum on punk4punks but we are not sure if we want to do that quite yet. It will be a while before we put the other bands on punk4punks or hard-core punk4punks, depending on how much money we have(since one normahl cd cost around 20 dollars and we can't sample the cd first).
