Hello Everbody! I wanted to announce that July marks Punk4Punks second anniversary. Punk4Punks has changed quite a bit since we first started. Instead of playing only mainstream punk. Punk4Punks had started playing harder punk and other types of punk. We also changed the forum and added a hard-core station. For months since we started our 24kbps stream, which we streamed from home, we did not even have a website. Since then we now have a forum and a comment system so I can change the layout of punk4punks easier. Now we plan on changing our servers to add another 5 listeners to the hard-core station and also change it to 128kbps. We hope to completely redo or at least make better, our website. We also hope to continue to add music to both the hard-core and the standard punk4punks. We also hope to continue to take off music that you guys do not like.

Thanks. P4P has also helped me discover bands as well. Because of all the feedback, requesting certain bands, I have learned a lot more about punk then I thought possible. Thanks for being one of our best fans. We hope we can keep improving on punk4punks so that it doesn't become stale and also keep improving on the hard-core station so that it is as good as the standard p4p station.

Let's hope not. I would rather stop doing Punk4Punks entirely then let it become stale.

| thanks for playin some nobodys ...especially "dude's gonna shoot" one of my favorites. i haven't been listening much lately but its gonna be on every sat nite for a couple of hours at least, not sure if i have heard some screeching weasal yet ...but i would like to. thanks to p4p for chicks comin up to me at some party and asking "who is this" ...good icebreaker! |

thanks man, this promo chick for coors light (yuck) came up to me and my buddy lastnite and stuck an ipod in our ear's and said name this tune and win a prize.
it was "droppin like flies" a dropkicks song, well fuck if i didn't hear that song for the first time on P4P ... i would not have won a chessy ass mesh back hat.

Speaking of music, we do plan on adding some screeching weasel songs on our next upload. I bought a cd just last month but haven't listened to it yet. Dude's gonna shoot is also one of my favorites from the nobodys. I was glad to hear punk4punks had helped you win a black mesh hat. It would have been better if it was the ipod you were listening to but it was a "coors" promo prize  .

That's right...6th year p4p has been going. We have come a long way since we started and hope to get better over time. We here at p4p want to say thank you for keeping us alive and going.
